HOW WE REALIZE AN OVAL '800 CENTERPIECE
1. The profile of the perimetrical band is traced on the plate to be cut
2. The perimetrical band is joined by welding
3. The profile of the oval centerpiece is sketched out and the lower part of the band is prepared to receive the bottom
4. The bottom is joined by welding
5. The weldings are livelled by hammer. The form of the object is obtained using different types of hammers and supports in forged steel
6. The rim is welded and afterwards the previously prepared base is added.
7. The centerpiece is polished in a 3 step process (rough-shaping, oxidation and final polishing).
8. The oval '800 centerpiece is completed.
